Locations of our properties

The properties in our portfolio are mainly located in the new states of Germany, including Berlin. The adjacent map shows our high priority locations along with an exemplary unit.

We manage those units within our high priority locations ourselves.
Before buying, we carefully examine every unit to see if it fits our portfolio. We care for every single unit and develop them into attractive homes everyone will feel comfortable in.

In order to closely manage our properties, we opened branch offices and Servicepoints for you. To closely help and assist our tenants on site, we provided for a facility manger at all of our locations.
