Within the framework of a bidding procedure it purchased by auction all holdings of a real estate fund. Thereby Westminster competed against a wide range of other applicants

The Westminster Group has finalized an extensive sponsorship agreement for three years with Rennbahn Hoppegarten. Thus, the real estate company which resides in Brandenburg is again an essential partner for an important race in the calendar of German horse racing from this year.

The Westminster Management Company successfully completed an extensive building project in Strausberg's old town. Since many office units were unoccupied for years, Westminster acquired the entrance building of the Shopping Mile from liquidation with 50 vacancy and structurally redisigned it. On February 15^th 2016 the construction manager handed over five new rental units.

The Westminster Management Group is new gold sponsor of Eispiraten Crimmitschau. Marian Ziburske, owner of the company which resides in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin, signed today an agreement with the western Saxons. The very next home match against the Heilbronner Falken Westminster presents its logo on the front of every jersey and on the goal keeper shin guards.

Within the context of a press conference, the Chemnitzer FC presents a new sponsor, the Westminster Management Group. From now the real estate company furnishes the partner portfolio of the traditional Saxon soccer club until at least the season 2015/16.

The Westminster Management Company managed to acquire new properties within the new states, again. This acquisition will contain fully and partly renovated medium-sized multi-family homes in Leipzig and the greater area of Leipzig.

The Westminster Management Company, which resides in Brandenburg, has effectively acquired a new tenant for Charlottenhof Beeskow. With location-expertise, they were able to save the catering property, acquiring it from the liquidation manager Graf von Brockdorff, to steer it back on track.

The Westminster Management Company has acquired yet another Eastern German property portfolio. It contains a wide variety of housing development, residential and office buildings, and mixed properties. They are located in Halle, Spremberg, Senftenberg, Finsterwalde and Weißwasser.

Florian Hecht, a young volleyball player who plays in the first German division, transfers from the Volleyball Club Dresden to the Netzhoppers KW Bestensee, where he will simultaneously start as a trainee in the second year for the Westminster Management Company.
